The Dig-Next-2
LED Controller

The Dig-Next-2 is the first of the Dig-Next line-up and it’s meant as an easy to use but very feature rich entry controller bringing some unique features that will elevate it to the next level (hehe).

In a short overview the Dig-Next-2 is the Addressable LED controller for you if you value the following features (please make sure to look at the full specification list too!):

    • 8MB Flash
    • 2MB PSRAM

    • For best WiFi reception possible
  • Designed for real LED setups
    • 2x Data output
      • ESD and OverVoltage protected
    • 3x Power output
      • Individual per channel On/Off control on the positive DC side
      • Fused per output channel
        • 2x 5A
        • 1x 10A
  • True Auto 5V-48V support
    • With true support I mean also allowing voltages below 5V so that when voltage drop occurs to say 4.5V the controller doesn’t crash and still provides a stable data output signal.
  • Built in Microphone
  • Button Terminals, External relay port, Qexpansion port, I2C port, USB-C (including standby power)
    • Very flexible options available to extend the controller functionality!
  • 100% compatible with WLED, ESPhome, FastLED, Moonlight, etc. etc.
    • It’s your hardware, you can run whatever software you’d like!

All in all, my envisionment of the perfect entry controller if you require more than a dig2go but also don’t yet need a Dig-Quad. Setting it apart from the Dig-Uno is for instance the up to Custom plastic case, 48V support, built-in Microphone, extra flash and memory and more importantly, the 3x individually fused and controllable DC power outputs. This will allow you to do easily do 10m 5V installs or for instance up to 20M to 30M 24V setups!
