Brainboards
Known issue: IC failures at 24V (current revision)
On the current board revision, a specific IC can fail when powered at 24V. Not all boards are affected and the failure rate is low. For this specific failure only, warranty coverage is extended to 1.5 years — standard warranty terms still apply to everything else.
If your board has died from this issue: fill in this form and we’ll ship a replacement once available.
