Analog strip review
Orange Dual-Row 3000k

Quindor’s personal thoughts

This strip is good as a general purpose light and it deserves it’s place in the excellent category of my selected and tested LED strips! Although Auxmer is still better in providing output power and perfect CRI and color matching, if we factor in price and that these strips come in at 1/3rd of the price, they are certainly a contender when things are just slightly less critical!

Perfect for if you need a long stretch of LEDs with it being available in 10m/32ft lengths while still providing a good amount of light.

The color of the strip is quite good! The 3000k measured slightly cold with 3164k and while it falls slightly short of a true CRI95 category placement for me with a R9 of 87 it still places well above the normal CRI90 class strip!

Suitable for?

Generic lighting, main lighting, task lighting

Somewhat for video and photo work too although I’d still opt for Auxmer strips for that because of the even higher output levels and color spectrum output capabilities.

Controller and PSU recommendation

Because of the power per meter this is would form an excellent pair with an An-Penta-Mini allowing you to run 2x 10m from that controller using a 250w+ 24v power supply for which I have some suggestions here.

If you want to run a larger amount it would pair perfectly with the An-Penta-Deca!
